Versa not holding a charge

I came on here to see if I could report or get tech help. I see many others are having same issues. Started yesterday. I normally don't have to charge but once every 4 to 5 days. I had to charge it before bed last night like two days earlier than normal, then again around noon today, and just now had to put it back on the charger again. But this time I noticed when I put it on it says 100%, take it off and it goes to 0%, and repeat same issue. I've only had it less than a year, maybe 9 months. I have a Versa and is sync with a Android Samsung Note9 phone.

And before the Battery issue thing... Mine started giving messages about not syncing as well about a couple of days ago before issue with battery life holding. Most likely due to a low charge. Thought this may be important to add as well per may be related with app updates. Already did troubleshooting steps and did not resolve issue.

Let me add in the FitBit Versa app it shows my battery at a 100% when the tracker it's self is showing zero unless I put back on the charger and give it approximately one minute and it will show 100.

Thank you for the link. I was already doing most of them to save Battery life. It pretty much lasted up to 5 days before having to charge it again. It started having issues after one of the updates either with them or with my phone service update which I believe it may be a combination. Tech that troubleshoot the issue said Battery is gone, we will see. In the meantime I am having a FitBit Versa withdrawal. It's taken over a week to recieve the replacement.

@Binkus you are welcome! I totally understand that a week can be a long time. I really appreciate your feedback and your patience. If the replacement takes more thank a week, please reply to our Support team's last email they sent you so they can review the replacement status.

I'll be around if you have any question.
