Versa not holding a charge

Fitbit Versa not holding a charge. I dont have notifications. I've done the factory reset. Ive **ahem** it down. I've cleared the cache. Connection and charger are good. It will charge 100% but as soon as you take it out of the cradle the percentage starts dropping. Only last a couple of hours. I loved this watch. Please help.

Hi @Dawn3123  If, as you say, you have done a factory reset (have you tried restarts too?), and it is still not holding a charge, then it is probably dying. Contact Support and see if they are able to help.
