Versa not holding a charge

My Versa’s battery is all of a sudden draining fast. It used to stay charged at least 4-5 days, now barley stays charged for 12 hours. Seemed to have happened over night. I have done all the trouble shooting that I have seen on this forum and nothing has worked. It’s very frustrating...I have only had this for less than a year. I’m not really sure where to go from here.

Update to original post...my Fitbit has completely died and now will not charge. I chatted with support and they were no help. Good luck if anyone else has this problem.
