Versa not holding a charge

My Versa suddenly started burning thru battery life. I’ll charge at night and put it on in the morning and by 5pm it’s dead. I’ve only had it since Christmas and I’m super annoyed. I’ve turned things off as suggested and I’ve done a restart and shut it down then turned back on multiple times to no avail. 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

This is new for me too as of yesterday. So now, on top of not being able to sync to the app, the device is using battery at an alarming rate. 25% used overnight, and another 20% used yesterday evening when the only thing it was doing was sitting on my wrist while my family watched a movie.
