Versa not holding a charge

My Versa quit holding a charge Saturday. I’ve charged it and it say 100% but it’s dead again by the end of the day. I have no apps running on it and everything is dart to the lowest settings. I’ve tried everything I’ve read in for forums. Dose this mean I need to get a new one? Seems like something this expensive should last longer than 2 years.

You'd wanna change your Clock Face to a one that is built by fitbit, remove some apps you don't need, Reply to my message if you need some help, also don't turn on Always On Display, Set the Sleep mode off when its morning around 6 or 5, It will help, turn off disturb or on it might also help!

Thanks. I've done all of that. I read the forums before I posted. Any other tricks?
