Versa not holding charge after being in pool

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I wore my Versa while playing in the pool with my young son a coupe of days ago.  Now it will not hold a charge for more than 6-8 hours.  I have read the information in ways to save battery life, and none apply to this situation, prior to going in the pool, my versa would stay charged for 4-5 days.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Kkrause11. Sorry for the delayed response.

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not holding a charge for more than 6-8 hours. Thank you for letting us know that you have read our recommendations to improve the battery life. Your watch is swim-proof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters) so it shouldn't have been damaged after a swim session.
