I have an Original Versa and the battery would last for almost 4 days before I would need to charge it again. I only charged it when it got down to like 10%. And I wait at least 2 hours for full charge.
The last update around September 11 when I updated my fitbit has basically affected my battery life. Now I get maybe one day. I have also turned ALL my notifications off as well and updated my clock face to a simple one.
How do I get the last update off my fitbit so the battery will hold a charge again?

Hi @Akmomx6, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Good Morning, I have basically kept my Versa on sleep mode and turned off ALL notifications and Alarms. and My Fitbit still does not hold a charge for more than a day. This has been going on since the last update. Basically I have not been able to use my fitbit for the last couple of days. Either I use it to track my steps or I use it to track my sleep. That is the only 2 options I have. What do you advise me to do now?

I have the same problem. Charged it yesterday evening, even not used for tracking my sleep and this morning the battery was already empty! I think something went wrong during their last update!!!!

I am still having issues with my fitbit. In fact I have stopped using it all together due to the battery not charging. I have responded several times. and replied to this original thread. Just very frustrated. I really loved my versa and I don't want to go spend 180.00 to 240.00 for a new on when mine was working just fine until the recent update was installed.

I have the same problem. The device switches off almost as soon as it is removed from the charger. When I put it back in the charger, I get it to turn on and the battery is about 97%. I have tried to reboot the device several times, but this does not help. The device stays on for a while, but after a few minutes it shows 0% again. And again, when I put it in the charger, the battery is almost full.
