I didn’t wear my versa when I was on holiday and the battery obviously drained. I charged it fully and it held the battery for about two days which is less than normal, today it has lasted four hours.

i have tried turning it off/on again but it literally is with no battery at all and been on charge all night and was at 100% when I put it on this morning. This is only about five months old!!!!

Contact Fitbit, they will ask you to perform same. checks over a 24 hour period, which they will monitor. If still not charging as it should do, they will replace as long as still in warranty. I have had 2 replacements, one for a weak battery.

Eventually got it sorted after having four replacements, ended up buying a new one as by this time the warranty run out. So far new one is ok but seriously thinking about swapping brands next time.
