Versa not holding charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve only had this versa since March and while it used to hold its charge for 4 days now I can’t even get a day out of it.

I have removed all notifications to try and help but it still won’t stay charged.

I don’t use it any different than before so I don’t understand what to do to get it to hold a charge. Please help

thank you

@Jolean welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not holding a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. This article contains tips that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor the battery behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thank you for your help @NellyG.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Thank you for responding 😀

i have done everything in that list now and will let you know if it helps

After doing everything in the list, fully charging it and wearing it for 24 hours it’s down to 7 percent

it didn’t help

@JuanJoFitbit It had completely lost charge by the 25th hour. What do I do now?
