My versa was fully charged 2 days ago, I’m not the most active person (I have MS) it’s now totally flat. Is this an issue for anyone else? Also, I’ve sorted the settings so that it only syncs when I do it

Uninstall the fitbit app and unpair the bluetooth. Then restart your Android device. Then install the app and pair your versa. It worked for me 😃

I wonder if they fixed the update issue. I literally fought with customer service as they informed me my watch was defective and told me it was my issue. Yesterday they finally acknowledged that there was an app issue. Below is the response, however I do wonder how many others just went ahead and bought a new device and I also can not keep the app open as the battery drains. I have uninstalled the app for now.
Thanks for your prompt reply and we understand your feedback. We appreciate you sharing the conversation you have with our community team.
We like to share with you that if the steps provided by our colleague will not work, we want to inform you that there is an ongoing issue with the battery draining and our team is already aware of this and working for a fix.
Right now, offering a replacement device will not fix the issue since our team discovered that it is an ongoing issue with the Fitbit app and device. What we can recommend, is to keep your Fitbit app running to the latest version and you will receive a new update that should fix this ongoing issue.

I have an iPhone 10 and have also done what you said, it was fully charged 1 hour ago and now on 94%

I’ve done everything they have told me to do including charging it to 100% and then letting it drain to 0% just so they can see how long it’s lasting. It was fully charged 1 hour ago and it’s now at 94%, all over done is go to the toilet

Agreed I have ordered a competitors brand. Excited to throw Fitbit away after probably 10 years.
