Once again, my Fitbit is not holding a charge. This is the third time I have had this issue with different Fitbits. I love my Fitbit and would hate to go back to my Apple Watch. But this is getting extremely frustrating!

@AymeeO It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear that you are experimenting battery draining issue again, this time with your Versa. Not sure if you have tried any troubleshoots so I wanted to suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.
