Versa not holding the charge and condensation in sensor

I wore my versa while swimming, dried it off as directed now it will not hold a charge (less than 8 hours) and there is condensation on the back sensor. Any help apperciated

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if the display of your Versa comes back to life. For more information about wearing your Fitbit device, see our Wear and Care page.

If you see condensation inside the screen, dry rice may work temporarily but the problem is likely to reoccur. In most cases water damaged trackers aren't covered under warranty but it depends on the model. Contact Customer Support if you're unsure.

Nope- now it isn’t even charging

The link for customer support goes to a sales force website- is the log in the same as the Fitbit app?
