Since Saturday my watch was been off with the time for about 2 hours. I restarted and nothing my phone says no device can be found I'm so sad!!!

Hi @Stinoc25 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
The tracker needs tp sync with your phone to get the time corrected. Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems to get it syncing again.

I just went through the same exact thing. I ended up calling customer support. They will try and help you teoubleshoot it over the phone and if that doesnt work they will either send you a new one or give 50% off a newer model.
