Versa not lighting up when getting reminders to move

I've noticed when I get reminders to move I only get a vibration but the screen does not light up, i've checked all my notifications and settings and they are all turned on.

 

Please advise what can be done?

Hi @Daniela_s1, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on when the reminders to move activate. even though you made sure that the settings are on.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

After this, turn on the reminders to move feature again and see if the display turns on when the reminders activate.
