I just updated my versa and lost three days of active minutes and stairs. It still logs steps fine. i use an iphone and I restarted both the phone and versa and still nothing is changed.

@srainbolt Please go to Dashboard on Fitbit.com and check if the data is there. Some users experienced such hiccup after the update but it was only app related. Data has not been physically lost.

Thanks for the suggestion but it is not there either. It is not showing on my weekly report. I updated my app again and it’s still not showing up.

@srainbolt Is it only Active minutes and Stairs that were lost from Fitbit.com? Or steps and calories as well? What about the sleep data?
