Versa is logging my exercise (5 mile run), but it says I've burned 392 calories and no active minutes.  Tried resetting both my android and my versa, no luck

Tell me, was this an auto-detected run or did you start it directly from the watch? This information will be very helpful for us to check this further. Additionally a screenshot of the activity will be helpful as well.
