Versa not logging exercise info through to app.

I have a versa.

yesterday I completed an aqua aerobics class and set my watch to monitor it.

my watch said I didn’t perform any exercise at all, luckily I took a pic of my watch screen at the end of the work out but still want it logged. It also left of 5k steps.

Tonight I completed a HIIT class and again set up my watch to record and again it hasn’t logged it. I also have a pic of my screen.

why is this happening?

I have reset my watch but still not picking it up.

Let me help you with your missing activities. How often does your Versa sync? Did you sync your Versa after the activities you recorded? Do you see the last time it synced on your Fitbit account? Could you share a screenshot of your Dashboard and activities area? Make sure that your Versa is syncing by following these steps.
