I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you restarted your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen already?
If so, I would like to suggest you to go to the Settings app in your Versa and make sure Heart Rate is ON. If it is, turn it off, restart your Versa and turn it back on. If the lights are still not turning on in the back, please let us know so we can check this further.
