Versa not logging sleep or heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa was not logging anything and I did a reboot by holding the left button and the lower right button, that fixed everything except my sleep tracking and heart rate. Any advice. It’s 10 months old.

@GailHarned it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't log or track your heart rate and sleep even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate and sleep properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, thanks for your reply and suggestions. I did try everything you said however when I went to my app on my phone, clicked on my profile then the Versa device there was no option for HR.
These were the only options. I could not find anything for HR tracking on that app.

I’ve been having this same problem For weeks now. I have reread the help article (and agree with @GailHarned that there is no heart rate option on the menu but all day sync is turned on) The heart rate monitoring works for a little while but I have to reset the device one or two times a day as it stops working. When I take the device off the green light on the device itself is not flashing. The last time I had a week of complete sleep data was Sept 23-29. Additionally, I have reset it to factory default twice in that time in an attempt to resolve this. The last time was Monday of this week - I got two nights of full readings and full day heart rate readings but the heart rate monitor it back to stopping again so incomplete data on other sleep and heart rate.

Charged my Versa last night to 100%, this morning already at 40%!! I purchased it in March of this year, so it's still under 1 yr warranty. Would appreciate input/guidance as to what to do.
