Turning the devise off and then back on did the trick! I have a Versa and had to go to settings to shut it down. Thank you!

My versa is no longer tracking my bpm or my sleep. I have shut it down 2 times and still nothing. What do I do now?
It was working great, but charged it on Sunday and after that it's not working.
Thanks- M Leuschen

My new Versa is also not registering my sleep anymore. I looked on here and one said to put my HR on ON. For some reason and I can't find that feature on the watch itself and I think? that's what they were implying.
When I sync it every morning, after it records my steps for the morning it would say: Analyzing sleep.
No longer does that.
It just says the usual : How did you sleep?
I tried turning it off and on also. Then syncing it again. Still the same.
Thank you.

Same issue here. My versa stop registering my sleep and i need to do it manually in the mooning. I tried to shutdown and restart versa and I wear it little higher on my wrist ( 2 -3 finger width) as suggested but still the same issue. Please help. It was working perfectly until a week ago.
Thanks

I seem to have the exact same issue with my Versa. Two nights ago it stopped tracking the sleep stages.
I've had my Versa since Christmas and it has not missed tracking sleep stages on a single night until now.
I've tried your suggestion - turn off and back on - and we will see if the picture is different tomorrow morning.
Thanks

I just got my replacement unit after my original unit, purchased late January, quit tracking sleep stages after 30 days of perfect performance.
This unit does not track sleep stages as well. I've tried EVERYTHING. Looser, tighter, dry, full battery, more than 3 hours' sleep. There's no reason why I should have to re-boot a new unit on a full battery. I'm assuming it has to be me because some customers report perfect results on a new unit, but I see it's perhaps a serious drawback of what? the app? the battery? Dead people are wearing it to bed at night?
I love my Versa, i'm just so frustrated with this. !!!!

My Versa worked great, recorded all sleep stages for the first week then stopped. None of the stuff recommended has worked to fix the problem. I don't need this....will return it. What is another brand that is a reliable option?

I now am expert at Versa sleep app troubleshooting. The problem got solved after two days with my second, a replacement unit, when I a) updated the app (again): “I see you don’t have the latest version. We issued one two days ago! ... We do this to fix bugs,” and b) switched the sleep app to “sensitive.” Of course my first unit worked perfectly for 30 days.
I think there must be some regular issue that they are frantically trying to fix while assuring customers it is their fault.
Still, I love my Versa when it works.

The last response from support was:"Please note that receiving sleep stages can be affected by a combination of your movement during sleep, HRV data, and personal physiology.", so I guess my "personal physiology" must be weird..

I hate to say this, but if you have to do all of the above, the unit does not work.
That's like having to crank and re-crank a Model T, while assuring the customer their arm is not strong enough if the car won't go.

Greetings! When looking at my Fitbit Versa dashboard online, about 2-3 weeks ago (i.e. closer to the beginning of March, 2019), I was able to see a page which showed me what % of my sleep that had the various stages but also allowed me to check my sleep pattern against the norm of other women my age. i.e. I no longer see the familiar graphs with my data represented by more of a bell shaped cured (not just vertical lines). In another view, my sleep data which was represented using more of a horizontal graph, I had the option of checking how I sleep compared with my peers. Now when I look at my sleep data for a night, I can no longer see this comparative data.
Am I crazy?!! Did the Fitbit people change the images of the sleep report? How can I get these other graphs to be displayed again?
Thanks!

I’m having same issues with Versa. My HR 2 worked great at tracking sleep and I wear the watch same way. So I’m confused as to why. Will return watch if it doesn’t resolve.

I am switching back to Charge 3. Never had a problem with it, just wanted to a bigger screen. Sleep is one of the most important features of the fitibit for me. If that doesn't work easily and consistently, nothing works. Will return today the Versa and purchase another Charge 3.

I've also got the same problem, have restarted the watch, changed the sensitivity online, simply won't work - glorified pedometer and a waste of money!

Hello community. As for the sleep log, mine got sorted out and I can see the log with it's comparison of the normative data. I have a contract with Best Buy/Geek Squad and they helped me navigate how to get music transferred onto the watch. Maybe they could help you and/or call the company.
As for others with a problem having their sleep logged, I wonder if the watch is not reading your data: lotion, hair, movement may interrupt the reading? Can you see your heart rate on the watch before you go to sleep? I would try to set an alarm sometime before you go to bed to see if you feel the contacts on your arm vibrating. Try putting the watch on your other arm? Other than that, I hear your frustration!
Agreed, your sleep is great to monitor and without it , the watch would disappoint me as well. Best of luck.

Powering down fixed the “no sleep data on the Versa” problem. Thanks!

Where exactly do you change the sensitivity setting?
