My husband purchased a versa for me in Oct 2018. Less than 3 months old and I noticed the screen is cracked already. I work a desk job and although I am active I don't do anything that would have caused this damage.
I have worn a watch for years and never broken a screen.
The screen on the Versa is not made for normal use. If you purchase make sure you baby it. I have contacted fitbit but the warrant does not cover the screen.
It still functions but I'm guessing it is no longer water resistant.

@Nalalee A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear about your damaged Versa screen. Support as you mentioned does follow the warranty guidelines and these don't cover damage caused by external factors. You could try replying them to review your case and see if they can still help you. Still thank you for your feedback regarding the Versa and the Support team.
I'll be around!
