Versa not map tracking even when fully connected

For some strange reason my version tracks running, walking etc but doesn't map it. 

Is there a way I can fix this?

@Trina16  Do you start your exercise manually on your Versa? If you open the Exercise app on your Versa and tap the settings icon (gear cog), can you see Connected GPS enabled?

Yeah it says connected when i go via the exercise setting icon.

@Trina16 When you start the exercise on your Versa, what does the watch say? Does it say Connecting where the Top stat should be, or does it display the Top stat selected by you? Perhaps you could take a picture and post here? Also, what's your phone model and OS version? Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version?
