The green lights on the back of my Versa don’t seem to be working and therefore my heartbeat and sleep functions aren’t working. Any helpful hints

got a Fitbit watchface then restarted  can see hb hopefully will show sleep

Same problem. Mine stopped working last night. I tried uploading a face but that didn’t work for me.

I did a restart and it started working again..
