Versa not monitoring sleep or heart rate at times

Need help. Heart rate is not consistent. My main issue is I went from the blaze to versa and sleep is not monitored properly. Only logs some of my sleep? I set sleep hours and followed the restart and other steps but no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Sleep tracking for me is a must.

@Mutsun Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't recording your sleep. Remember that your Versa will detect you are sleeping after recording one hour of inactivity so if you move too much or have a light sleep this may prevent the Versa from properly recording your sleep. You can try wearing it on your non dominant hand but select that hand as the dominant on the Versa settings to make it less sensitive. Also you could use the app to manually start and stop recording your sleep by going to the sleep area and tapping the stopwatch icon.

Let me know how it goes!

@Mutsun sorry for the delay in my response. The Blaze works under the same principle. Make sure you sync both devices when you switch them and that they have the same settings (dominant hand).

Keep me posted!

My Versa always monitors my heart rate but last few days my sleep has been off by 2 - 4 hours.  Last night it was off by 4 hours in the morning when I woke up and checked time. I reset it yesterday.  It was fully charged. I also just set  sleep to sensitive this morning to see if that helps.  I had a Blaze before with no sleep monitoring problems.  That device died 2 years ago when dust got in the hole.  Please advise.
