So if my versa is already connected to my phone through Bluetooth can I not connect anything else? I want to connect my wireless headphones so I can make a call but it’s saying unsuccessful every time I try to connect it.

Hello @Cyoung2006, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that the Fitbit Versa should be able to connect with your wireless headphones. However, in order to make or receive a call, the wireless headphone should be connected with you phone as the Versa is not able to receive or make phone calls.

Nevertheless, if your wireless headphones are not connecting to the Versa, please try the following:

  • Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  • Put the headphones in pairing mode
  • Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
