Versa not pairing with my earphones

So my previous MPOW earphones were perfectly working/paired with my Versa. I received a new pair of MPOW earphones from the company because the left bud of my old ones failed. The new one I received is the exact same model. My Versa recognizes the earphones and the screen says pairing with the circle cycling, but it doesn't completely pair up. It is not connected to any other device and my old one is completely unpaired with my Versa. I tried pairing my Versa with my old earphones and it pairs just fine/quickly. I also tried my husband's earphones, and they wont pair either, his will actually say 'Connection failed'. But his earphones work/pair just fine with his Versa. This is so frustrating, please help!!!!
