Versa not pairing with one plus 2 phone

Hi I am trying to pair my versa with one plus 2 but no luck. I tried different options but it's not pairing with my one plus 2 device. I am thinking for returning my versa. It's very sad that that versa only supports the one plus one.

Hey @Bhushan007, welcome aboard! This phone, the One Plus One, isn't on the compatible devices list. Just like you mentioned, only the One Plus One was officially released as compatible device as you can see in this help article, however, if your current phone has Android OS 4.4 (KitKat) or higher, it might connect with your Versa. I don't know if you already tried that out, but I'd like you to let me know if you already reviewed the troubleshooting in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. 

Remember that you can also use a computer to pair your Versa. So please take a look at this other help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to do so.

Hey HeydyFitbit,

I have been gifted with the versa and now found it is not compatible with the phone, which means that, eventhought i can pair it with the computer, I lose most of the capabilities anyone would choose a versa model for (which is a huge economical difference).

I have check the compatibility list and it looks like the list of phones you could easily get. If you would tell be about android versions compability that would have sense. Do Fitbit plan to increase compatibility to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow or should we assume versa evolution is already dead?

Hello @srhappy, welcome to the Community! Let me ask you this, what is the type of phone that you have? Even if you have checked that it doesn't appear on the compatible devices list, you can troubleshoot it by following the instructions in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Sorry, i didn't metioned. a One plus two with android 6.0.1. i have followed all the guides, but ended giving up and doing initial configuration another device. I'm using the Versa, but no notifications and no control from the phone to the device.

could you tell me if you are working in compatibility for this model? there is an expected date?

Thanks for your reply, and the clarification @srhappy! In regards of your question, I don't have a specific date for this phone model, the OnePlus 2, to be released as full compatible. So In the meantime, if by any chance is possible, to keep using another compatible device to sync your Versa. And stay tune about the compatible devices list.

When will the one plus two phone be supported. I have been given a versa but can’t set it up. What a waste of Fitbit.
