Versa not pairing with resound hearing aide.

My new Versa is not pairing with my resound hearing aide, it worked well with my Blaze?

What an interesting question, @kkg65 . I did a little research on the Resound hearing aids and found I need more clarification from you. What exactly was the benefit of pairing the Blaze to your hearing aid?

• Were you listening to music downloaded to your Blaze? 
• Did you hear the various beeps and notices from your Blaze?
• What do you expect to do once your hearing aid is paired to your Versa?

@kkg65 thanks for your participation in the Forums, I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Versa board so it can have more visibility and because this situation is related to the Versa than to the app. At this moment, it will be very helpful for us if you could reply to what @SunsetRunner asked in her post so we can check this further.
