Stuck on firmware for 24 hours and Fitbit was no help.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you watch is paired? If it isn't, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there. Also, you can see the steps in the article Why can't I update my Fitbit device?.
