Versa not picking up my heart rate

Hi my Versa doesn't pick up my heart rate, yhe green sensor doesn't work either. I have already restarted my Versa and restore to factory settings. Didn't work. Any idea what else I couldn't try. It's 18 months old so not under a warranty.

In the same boat no heartbeat and no sleep score. I have rebooted and factory reset numerous times still no joy would love some help. My bad just realised I posted under versa and not versa 2.

My versa 2 has same thing and its in warranty but I cant get hold of Fitbit.  Chat not available, tried multiple times, weekend so no telephone, meanwhile Im getting close to two weeks with no pulse update.  and no sleep preakdown. 

I was going to buy my wife one for Christmas, now I wonder if its time to buy an Apple.
