Hi, did you pair your Versa with your PC? If not, go to settings, scroll down to BT and set it to pairing. Put your Versa in the charger and connect in to PC. Go the settings on your PC and click on devices and enable BT and press add device. Your Versa will be added to the BT list. Maybe that solves your problem. If not, also pair the other BT devices to your PC, like your headphones, etc. Good luck.

All blue tooth devices i have Google home, LG home stereo 3 different headphones and 3 different brand speakers and my truck all work with my work and personal phone and pc but only 2 will pair with the fitbit that is usable. the others either don't show up in the fitbit settings add device or when they do pair they they either have no audio or sound like a distant radio station with static . The second replacement unit is the same and coworker took theirs back for the same reason. best buy geeks says there is a compatibility / software issue with these devices using blue tooth and they have got some back
