Versa not posting weekly exercise days

Have had a Versa for a week in a half.  Sunday it stopped tracing my exercise days.  I have had three days of exercise this week and it shows none.  I have had a HR 2 before and have never had a problem. This is my second problem with my Versa.  It only tracks activity if I wear it on my wrist.  I have resorted to putting it in my bra when I walk the treadmill.  I have to hold on while I walk so I don't fall.  I am so disappointed with the Versa.  This is my fourth fitbit and right not I am ready to take it back to Kohls'.  Not doing what I expected it to do.

What exercise did you do on the days it didnt recognise? How did you track it (exercise app or smart track)?

Try restarting the watch several times and see how it responds in the future.
