Versa not reading heart rate on wrist

Hey guys, looking for some help here - my Versa is not reading my heart rate when I strap it to my wrist. I can take it off and tap the sensor and get it to read the HR from my finger, but once I flip it over and put it on my wrist I can’t seem to get it to read. Have tried wiping the sensor, the simple reset, factory reset, and made sure the HR setting is “on” but can’t seem to get it to right the ship. Anyone else have to go in this deep to find a solution?

It is possible the blood vessels in your wrist are too deep for it to read. When you turn it over, does the green light keep flickering? Just wondering if it is a problem with the light.

Try it on the inside ofbyour wrist and see if it reals there.
