Versa not reading heart rate or sleep

More often than not my versa will not track my heart rate. It tracks my sleep even less (maybe once a week). I have tried shutting off and on, and cleaning. Does anyone have any suggestions? It is less than 4 months old.

Hope we get an answer as I am having the same issue. I loved the sleep tracking and if my Apple Watch had the same feature I would still be wearing it. The wife has dealt with the lack of support dept before and I don’t need that aggravation

Went into the actual watch  after cleaning sensors/contacts again , I went through setting in the watch and saw that heart rate was “off”. Strange as I did not go in and change that at any time. I turned it back on in the watch settings and started working again. 

NOTE: I had checked the settings in the app on my phone and it was set to on there, no clue as to how it changed on the watch settings
