I put my Versa on that I hadn’t worn in awhile and noticed it wasn’t giving me a heart rate and when I took it off the green light on the back no longer flashes. I’ve looked in settings and it says it’s on. If anyone knows how to fix it that would be great.

Hi @Ashleyparker, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi,
I’ve got the same problem. It worked for a couple of months and Last week after I recharged the fitbit Versa 2 because the battery died the heart monitor stopped working (lights at the back are also off). Tried the steps as suggested but that didn’t work. Do you have other suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Have done a factory reset & restarted app & watch & still no lights & no heart rate. Also, my stairs are not being recorded & it's not promoting me to move every hour. Not gappy!! My versa is only 15 months old!! This is harsh!!
