I have the WhatsApp notification enables on my Fitbit device and app but still not receiving the messages. the WhatsApp calls are coming through to the watch but not the messages Help.

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it receives WhatsApp messages properly.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus.

Hi, @johnson242 , what version of iOS are you using? There have been issues for some users of iOS13. Have you looked at this thread in the Community which may have some help to find a resolution?
