Versa not receiving notification vibration after latest update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the latest update, I am able to receive notifications for calls, texts, emails, and calendar events, but only the phone notifications prompt the fitbit to vibrate, whereas all notifications used to be prompted with a vibration prior to the update. The device is not in Do Not Disturb mode (and neither is the phone).

I have tried all of the items outlined in the fitbit help articles including restarting the app, restarting the device, restarting my phone, repairing the phone to the device, disabling and re-enabling notifications, turning the bluetooth off and turning it back on, etc.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 7 android phone.

Is there anyway to bring back the feature to have notifications prompted with a vibration? All of my notifications are sitting in the notification tray on the device until I mark them as 'read', but none of them have generated any sort of a notification (besides phone calls).

Hello @MarrEGriffin which type of update? Phone, fitbit app, or Versa?

Have you checked the apps permissions?

Tried disabling notifications in the fitbit app?

Some day I wish someone could explain what they mean by re-pair bluetooth? At best a user can setup the tracker as a new device.

They can remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth, but a user can not pair a tracker through the phones Bluetooth.
