Versa not receiving notifications on one plus 5T

Hi, all I am using Versa from 6months and I'm using one plus 5T phone. for first two-three, I have received notifications on my  phone like messages call emails and WhatsApp.but from last two months I'm not receiving any notification to my phone.i have done all the troubleshooting actions to link and get my notification but it is of no use I have called customer care but it didn't work.they said that they are yet to release an update.can anyone help me

Let me help you with your Versa not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
