Versa not receiving notifications while phone is in silence

Hello

I have a versa 2 and i receive no notifications when my Samsung 9 is on silent. Please assist me if possible?

Hi @tlc83 - When you say your phone is on silent, do you mean the ringer is turned all the way down? Or is the phone in Do Not Disturb mode. How exactly are you putting it on Silent? With the ringer volume down, you should still get messages. But DND mode will stop any notifications from going to your Versa 2.
