My Fitbit stopped receiving text notifications all of sudden. I get a notification when I have a live call coming through and that’s it.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I have reset my Fitbit. I have done these things several times and still not working. Very frustrating! I bought this because I needed that specific option!

Hi @JenJohnson369 , when you have an iPhone with iOS 13, see the warning on top of the Customer Support Page. Unfortunately, Apple is to blame for this problem cause it changes the rules regarding handling notifications without informing Fitbit about it, so now Fitbit has to find a solution for a problem caused by Apple itself. That's also the reason why the solution takes so long. Regards kuzibri

Hi Jen! It is happening with me too, but only to Whatsapp app. I can receive notifications from all other apps, unless Whatsapp.

Hi @JenJohnson369 , blame Apple not Fitbit this time, although I know that Fitbit made a huge mistake with the new update for Versa users. IMO Fitbit should have announced that the new update was only meant for the Versa 2, which I'm using now. Regards kuzibri

This seems to not just involve the Iphone users....have seen several posts today regarding Samsung users, including myself, that are no longer able to receive texts either. Where is Fitbit in the process of correcting this issue?
