Ever since I did the new iOS update 13.1.3 (which I think I did a month ago now), I haven’t received text notifications to my Versa. ALL other notifications work - phone calls, voicemails, calendar reminders, google hang out notifications, etc. I have tried to follow every step-by-step process to make sure all of my notifications are turned on - they are. I have even updated my watch via the Fitbit app (and lost all my presets - ugh). Really starting to think this is a problem with Fitbit and not with my settings - especially because this only happened directly after I updated to the new iOS (I did not make changes to any settings).

You're not alone. There's a thread that has thousands of replies. It says that they are aware of the issue, and that they are working on it. It does list some steps you can do to try to resolve it, but I haven't had any luck. Some people posted that they called in/chatted with Fitbit and were able to get it resolved. I haven't tried that yet tho. Maybe I will do that today. It's so frustrating!

As pointed out in that thread, see the iOS board, Apple made a change that affected third parties without letting third parties know about the change.
