I currently have two Fitbit that I use, a Versa for every day and a Blaze for when the Versa is dead. At first I had no issues with getting phone and messages. They came to both units whenever the phone was in range. I have an iPhone 8.
About a month ago, I noticed that I was no longer receiving text messages, though calls still come through. I have tried multiple steps. I have gone through all the troubleshooting options, notifications are on at the watch and the app as well as in my iPhone setting. I have turned off and on, unlinked and linked the Bluetooth. I have deleted and re-added the Versa to the app and to the Bluetooth. I have factory reset the phone and the Versa. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.
Getting messages on the watch is the reason that I spent the money on the Versa rather than choosing a lesser option. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having issues with your text notifications, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated, you can also follow the steps in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

As I stated in my original message, I tried all the steps in the article already. And as I also stated, I did a factory reset yesterday which does an automatic update before I can use the watch. Unless there is another update that I have to grab manually???
