My versa will NOT receive texts from my Samsung s10. I never used to have a problem and out if no where it just stopped. I've reset, restarted, deleted, unpaired and checked every notification setting there is! Help!!

I have the same device as you. I contacted Fitbit support over a week ago and they said android is having notifications issues. That's a total joke. even the website says ios aka apple phones are only receiving notification issues. There is no mention of android. Even the fitbit support person who responded to your issue on this site doesnt even mention android having issues and only offers basic troubleshooting. The person who helped me put in a escalated ticket and i called them and still they are blaming my device vs the problem being on their end. I take good care of my device and it was working fine. Support sent me their email in case I have other questions. I have been asking periodically for updates and none so far and now they have stopped emailing me back. I'm so mad. Spend a lot of money for nothing😡

Also to add. The device I have now is a replacement due to the same issue my origin Fitbit versa having the same issue

Worked great until the fitbit update yesterday... Everything else works fine except my Versa no longer vibrates on text notifications. Any way to uninstall the fitbit update? or better yet, fix the issue? Thank you!

i have the same issues but with my iphone, i am on the latest update on both phone and fit bit, all notifications are set to on, synced properly. I've also tried restarting and just about everything short of doing the factory reset

I have reset, unpaired, everything back to the day I opened it. Nothing fixes this, its samsung phones mostly, some iPhones. They said they will address the problem soon as they can...I turned off my Fitbit and put it in a drawer. Next update or so should fix it. They definitely know about it tho

I saw that they were vague. I just date the fact that I feel like I'm being lied to. My text notifications stopped before my android did an update the other week. My charge 2 works just fine with text notifications.
