Versa not recognizing active minutes or calories burned during exercise.

I have had my versa for just over a month. It has suddenly stopped recognising my actives minutes for today (i have done about 1 1/2 hours of vigorous exercise.) and calories burned while exercising. I have rebooted my versa with no change. Any ideas?

Good evening!  I am having this issue as well, my steps are syncing, however my active minutes and calories burned are not.  If I go in to activity or exercise I can see the totals there, they are just not accounted for overall on the dashboard  😞

Hi all

my Versa has stopped recording calories during exercise.  It auto records about 20 minutes but nothing after that. Anyone else having the same issue? So annoying when you know you’ve worked your **ahem** off!

Thanks in advance

Just started having this issue after about 2 months of having the versa. Played golf and tennis yesterday - the activities are there but only the tennis calories logged as 'calories out'. Signed out, restarted, etc, no change.

Hi, I’m hoping they have found out what the problem is and how to fix this. I just got my versa light and from day 1 it has not picked up on my exercising as exercising and does not tell me calories burned. It keeps up my heart rate and steps and that’s it. Really hoping I didn’t just spend over $200 on a dud.

I started having that same problem today with the calories not recording for my workout on my Fitbit Versa.    It recorded on the app under exercise but is not showing any active minutes and my calories are off by over 500 based on what I burned during my workout.   I hope this gets fixed asap otherwise I am upset at wasting  money on the Versa.

Their customer support is the absolute worst around and they don't stand behind their products.  I've been a loyal customer for years and now looking for an alternative after spending thousands on their products.   Enough.  Any recommendations?

Same thing here and there customer service is the absolute worst around.   Bottom line is that they don't truly stand behind their products and try and get you to always upgrade.

Not to worry - the problem will come back and there is no reason it should be there in the first place.   It's a horrible product with even worse customer service

This is all a bunch of lies.   Customer servicve does NOT stand behind their product and this is just a way to let you believe they';re taking care of it.  they're taking care of it is telling you so and doing absolutely nothing
