Versa not recognizing my Headphone's Bluetooth

I have a Skullcandy wireless  headphone. I am unable to connect it to my Fitbit Versa. I tried shutting down and restarting both the watch and the headphone, it still doesn't work. Can anyone help please? (The Bluetooth was on while trying to connect)

I have the same issue... I'm using a skull candy headphone

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you keep having issues connecting your headphones to your Versa, I recommend verifying that you are following the instructions in the help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?.
