First of all I ❤️ my Fitbit. It is the best smartwatch so far. I am very disappointed to find out that mine is not working properly. The HR is not recording (green light is not on). I charged it to 100% the night before then in the morning it is dead 😞. I have done the shutdown and reboot but nothing. Also, the screen got frozen as I swiped to the right. And also out of nowhere it started to vibrate on its own. So weird. Not sure what is going on 😲. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you 😊
