Versa not recording HR or steps

My Versa quit showing my heart rate and next to steps it says "undefined". Is there a way to fix this? It is only a few months old. Thanks

I have restarted it 6 times in a row and it has not fixed the problem.

Is the undefined and -- on the Today screen or on the watch face you are using?

Similar.  My Versa started showing "0" HR, or "null" Hr and "0" Steps last night.  I tried several restarts, but wore the watch overnight anyway.  Surprised this morning to see that it continued to record both steps and HR throughout the night!  Captured sleep modes as well.  Still no display for those values on the watch itself.  Watch continues to update weather and battery accurately.

Tried several restarts and one reset.  No change.

Finally realized it was the clock face app, not the watch.  After reloading the clock face app, all was restored.
