Please help! My Fitbit Versa hasn't recorded my minutes , heart rate or sleep activity in over a week. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the community @Missdeeksha and @DeborahV, may I ask if these stats are showing up on the Fitbit Versa and not the app?

Could it be that the versa hasn't synced in a while?
