Hi @Rose60,

I would recommend performing a restart on the Versa: You may have to hold the buttons for up to 10 seconds before the logo shows.

"To restart your watch, press and hold the back and bottom buttons for a few seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen."

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

If you do the restart does it lose the information it hasn't synced for the last day or so?

No, it won't lose information from doing a restart.

A factory reset would erase the information, but I don't think it's needed here.

My Versa is doing the same thing, twice in the last month it has stopped recording activity and heart rate.  These are very important to me. I have a pacemaker and was once severely over weight. I monitor my activity very closely. First time I walk my dogs 2.5 miles every morning in hilly country.  Usually shows very active.  When I got home I noticed the steps were correct but the activity level was flat lined.  I usually get 28 floors on this walk so this is not normal.

Yesterday I charged my watch put it back on. One of my dogs got out and ran me up and down the mountain twice.  Now this goes up 300' feet in over 500' of distance, definitely got my heart rate up. .  Again I showed the steps, no activity 1 calorie burned BP 0. It had worked earlier with my dog walk, not sure if the taking it off to charge had something to do with it.

It does seem to come back with a power cycle but very frustrating.

My Fitbit that I got only 10 months ago is frequently having to be reset to see the BPM and not recording active minutes even when the BPM is restored. Is this a bug or becasue it is getting old? What is the warranty on the watch?
