Hi all,
Ive been having trouble these last few days with active minutes not recording properly, sometimes not counting at all. Been fine for ages but last few days I’m lucky if I get 8 mins a day and sometimes no active minutes even though I dog walk 3 miles. Tried all the usual restart device etc but nothing worked. But today I cleaned the sensor underneath watch that touches your wrist and hey presto it’s recording my active minutes properly. Might be worth a try if you’re having similar issues.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your active minutes properly until you cleaned the sensor underneath the watch. Thank you for sharing these tips. I'm sure that these tips will help other users that experience the same issue.
